Calcifilaxis. Reporte de dos casos
Abstract
Se presentan dos casos de 59 y 76 años portadores de una insuficiencia renal crónica terminal por una nefropatía diabética bajo régimen de hemodiálisis, ambos con historia de enfermedad coronaria e hipertensión arterial, las características clínicas de las lesiones dermatológicas más sobresalientes fueron el rash violáceo tipo reticular, las úlceras necróticas y los nódulos subcutáneos presentes en los miembros superiores e inferiores .El diagnóstico fue corroborado mediante estudios bioquímicos, se obtuvo un producto fosfocálcico mayor de 60, además se realizaron estudios radiológicos y de confirmación histológica, la cual se corroboró a través de la biopsia de piel.Downloads
