Litiasis biliar juvenil por microesferocitosis hereditaria

Abstract

Se presentó un caso de 25 años de edad, masculino y blanco con antecedente de anemia de etiología no precisada, que ingresó en nuestro hospital por palidez cutánea marcada, íctero y decaimiento. Se diagnostica como portador de una microesferocitosis hereditaria presentando además una colelitiasis asociada. Se discuten los resultados del diagnóstico y del tratamiento.
