Efecto de extractos de Achirantes Aspera sobre E. Coli uropatógena
Abstract
El trabajo evalúa la acción de tinturas (30% y 80%) y decocción de A. aspera sobre la viabilidad y expresión fenotípica de la fimbria P en una cepa de E. coli aislada de un caso de pielonefritis Mediante el método de dobles diluciones se comprobó una acción bactericida de los extractos no dependiente del alcohol. La decocción no afectó la sensibilidad de E. coli. Tanto las tinturas como la decocción provocaron la inhibición fenotípica "in vitro" de la fimbria P.Downloads
