Ingreso domiciliario en un consultorio del médico de la familia

Abstract

Se realizó una investigación retrospectiva de un universo constituido por 36 pacientes a los cuales se les realizó ingreso en el hogar perteneciente al local # 3 del médico de la familia del Policlínico Comunitario Docente Ignacio Agramonte Loynaz en el período comprendido entre el 1ero de enero y el 30 de septiembre de 1999. Se encontró que la edad más frecuente en que se realizaron los ingresos domiciliarios fue en menores de 15 años. El promedio de estadía que predominó fue de más de 7 días en la mayoría de la muestra estudiada. Primó la intolerancia a la leche ECIL como causa cardinal en 11 pacientes, las I.R.A y las E.D.A le siguieron en frecuencia. En 35 pacientes (79, 30 %) la evolución fue favorable y en uno solo no lo fue. Con los ingresos domiciliares efectuados se ahorraron 7 825, 59 pesos.
