Dermolipectomía abdominal. Análisis de 130 pacientes

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de la dermolipectomía abdominal en el servicio de cirugía plástica del Hospital Provincial Docente Manuel Ascunce Domenech de Camagüey, desde noviembre de 1999 a abril de 2002. Se tuvieron en cuenta las siguientes variables edad, diagnóstico, técnicas quirúrgicas, presencia de complicaciones y evaluación integral del proceder por la parte médica. Su análisis nos permitió determinar un predominio del grupo de edad de 35-44 años, predominó el abdomen flácido, el cual constituyó el diagnóstico de la deformidad abdominal, la técnica quirúrgica más realizada fue la horizontal, la ocurrencia de complicaciones estuvo presente en el 18, 46 % de los pacientes, la evaluación del proceder fue buena. Los resultados se compararon con los de la literatura consultada.
