Organizational Management in Human Resources for Municipalities and Academic Management for Health Workers
Abstract
Introduction: Organizational management in human resources of municipalities and academic management for healthcare workers and health personnel, adopting approaches that prioritize the integral health of students, guaranteeing their well-being for a successful and healthy integration into the world of work.
Objective: To understand the opinions of municipal leaders on organizational management in human resources in municipalities and academic management for health workers.
Methods: In the article, a qualitative approach was considered through an interview with eight leading municipal workers and representatives of neighborhood organizations, directly linked to the organizational management of human resources in municipalities and academic management for health workers, during the penultimate months of 2024. In the following month, information relevant to the research results was collected and processed.
Results: Municipal human resources organizational management representatives highlight the importance of a solid structure based on discipline, hierarchical leadership, and common objectives in health institutions. They propose a comprehensive approach that prioritizes physical and mental well-being, including psychological services, and adequate nutrition.
Conclusions: Regarding academic management, graduates and representatives suggest greater curricular flexibility, incorporation of hybrid models and schedules that balance training with rest and family life, thus promoting integral and sustainable training.
