Abstract

Background: perilunate injuries are rare entities which can be difficult to diagnose, may be occasionally missed and prognosis is often compromised because of the complexity of the lesions.
Objective:
to show the three cases more frequents of perilunate fracture dislocations of the carpal.
Clinical case:
the three men were between twenty and forty years old who had fracture disloca-tion of the carpal bone. We performed an open reduction and stabilization with percutaneous pins in two cases, treated the scaphoid fracture with screw and one patient was treated with close reduction.
Conclusions:
in this summary we present three examples of patients who suffered these car-pal injuries with excellent outcomes.
