Efecto diurético de Lepidium verginicum l. en ratas
Abstract
En una dosis única de 170 mg/kg de peso administrado vía oral a través de una sonda gástrica, el Lepidium Virginicum L,. extracto fluido en solución hidroalcohólica al 30% produjo una diuresis superior al grupo control negativo (solución hidroalcohólica al 30% ) y al grupo tratado con hidroclorotiazida (5 mg/kg de peso) a las dos, cuatro y seis horas de observación con una diferencia significativa en ambos casos de (p< 0, 01) y (p<0, 05). La excreción de electrolitros (sodio y potasio) eliminados en la orina de seis horas fue superior y significativa al compararse (p< 0, 01) con el grupo control, e inferior a los eliminados por la hidroclorotiazida.Downloads
