Abstract

Con el objetivo de diseñar un Programa de perfeccionamiento médico para los jefes de Grupos Básicos de Trabajo (GBT) de nuevo tipo, se realizó este trabajo. Una vez seleccionados los jefes de GBT de nuevo tipo por su desempeño y logros destacados en su trayectoria, se procedió a elegir además a un sustituto por cada uno. Inmediatamente, en ese colectivo se identificaron las necesidades de aprendizaje sentidas por los Médicos de Familia seleccionados para jefes de GBT, asi como las aportadas por sus profesores y otras autoridades superiores de atención primaria. De aquí surge el Programa que se presenta en este estudio.
