Estrés oxidativo, disfunción endotelial y aterosclerosis
Abstract
Esta revisión bibliográfica se realizó con el objetivo de discutir los principales mecanismos bioquímicos que vinculan el estrés oxidativo con la disfunción endotelial, además de ver como esta última a su vez se relaciona con la etiopatogenia de la aterosclerosis. Puede decirse que en los últimos años ha quedado demostrado que la disfunción endotelial es tal vez el elemento más importante entre aquellos que participan en el inicio y desarrollo de la aterosclerosis.Downloads
