Elaboración de un programa de rehabilitación comunitaria para el enfermo mental de larga evolución

Abstract

Se presenta un Programa de intervención para la rehabilitación comunitaria del enfermo mental de larga evolución. Refiere elementos teóricos de importancia acerca de la rehabilitación como proceso de aprendizaje y reaprendizaje. Parte de la valoración del diseño del programa por una muestra de expertos cuya evaluación es tomada en cuenta para la selección de los objetivos del mismo y los contenidos y actividades a incluir. Se basa además en un estudio de la comunidad donde se aplicará, y el análisis de la situación de salud de dicho territorio. Se aplicó en el Distrito "Ïgnacio Agramonte"del Municipio Camagüey en 1996. Se centra en las habilidades sociales y la actividad laboral. Concluye con la elaboración del programa y su sistema de contenidos y con resultados en variables de integración social y laboral del enfermo. Se recomienda su generalización.
