Neuropatía periférica cubana y enfermedad de Parkinson
Abstract
Se presenta una paciente de 30 años de edad que en 1993 fue diagnosticada de neuritis por presentar parestesia en extremidades superiores e inferiores, debilidad muscular, fatiga fácil cefalea, mialgias y artralgias generalizadas, así como poliuria, nicturia, pérdida de peso, insomnio, tinitus, vértigo. En el mes de enero 1994, tiene disminución del balanceo automático de los brazos, marcha y facie Parkinsoniana, temblor de reposo de los cuatro miembros y rigidez extrapiramidal evidente. Es el primer caso publicado en Cuba donde se asocia la neuropatía epidémica a un Parkinsonismo.Downloads
