Estimulación fetal en animales de experimentación

Abstract

Con el objetivo de comprobar el grado de transmisión del condicionamiento en varias generaciones de ratas entrenadas durante el embarazo se realizó un estudio experimental, longitudinal y predictivo con 30 ratas en el Bioterio del I.S.C.M. de Camagüey, durante 1996 - 1997. Los animales se dividieron en un grupo control y dos grupos estudio, estos últimos fueron sometidos a estimulación intrauterina y al llegar a la edad adulta todos recibieron un condicionamiento de evitación activa. A todos se les determinó el número de aciertos y errores, así como el tiempo en segundos que demoró la respuesta. Se encontró mayor número de aciertos y menor número de errores en el Grupo I que en el control (p=0), e igual comportamiento en el Grupo II con respecto al control (p<0.01). Existió transmisión del condicionamiento aplicado durante la gestación, y la estimulación fetal mostró gran valor para facilitar el aprendizaje.
