Vasculopatías periféricas en el paciente diabético con disfunción sexual eréctil
Abstract
En este trabajo hemos revisado los resultados del estudio de 46 pacientes diabéticos con disfunción sexual eréctil; donde se determinó la existencia de vasculopatías periféricas en miembros inferiores a un total de 36 casos. 82,61%. Se sometieron a un interrogatorio, examen físico y estudios bioquímicos, hemodinámicos y radiológicos del sistema vascular. Predominaron las lesiones de las arterias plantares bilateralmente en 24 pacientes. 52,17%. Encontramos relación significativa entre el tipo de diabetes y la causa del fallo eréctil, prevaleciendo la etiología neurovascular en 23 hombres. (50%). Por último reflejamos los factores que influyen en los hallazgos obtenidos.Downloads
