Luxación radiocubital distal aguda. Revisión del tema

Abstract

Aunque la luxación radio - cubital distal aguda no es una lesión frecuente, en ocasiones se presentan dificultades en su diagnóstico y tratamiento. Con esta revisión abordamos aspectos en cuanto a la anatomía de la región, clasificación, diagnóstico, medios radiológicos y tratamiento de esta entidad. En cuanto a la clasificación utilizada quisimos hacer referencia a la más útil, que marca a las lesiones asociadas más frecuentes. Atendiendo al tratamiento a utilizar se señalan las modalidades conservadoras y quirúrgicas, así como las complicaciones más llamativas.
