Tumor carcinoide del duodeno. A propósito de un nuevo caso

Abstract

Se realiza una breve reseña de la evolución de los conocimientos acerca de los tumores carcinoides. Nuestro paciente presentaba un carcinoide del duodeno y en él destacamos sus síntomas, evolución y tratamiento. Presentamos este caso que tiene la particularidad de asociarse con una úlcera duodenal perforada. Se revisa la literatura y se comparan nuestros resultados con otros autores.
