Formación de valores a través de la educación en el trabajo

Abstract

Este trabajo aborda las potencialidades educativas que encierra la práctica laboral, problemas en la formación de valores y principios para orientar la labor educativa, con el fin de brindar a los docentes una mayor información sobre esta temática. Para la elaboración de este material fue realizado un análisis por los investigadores, apoyándose en el criterio de diferentes autores referidos fundamentalmente a las cualidades morales que la educación en el trabajo contribuye a formar en los estudiantes, como son entre otras: el amor al trabajo, el humanismo, el colectivismo, la disciplina consciente. También considera algunos problemas que en la formación de valores presentan los jóvenes universitarios y en cuya solución puede incidir la actividad laboral; exponiéndose además los principios a tener presente para ejecutar la práctica educativa.
