Anestesia en la enfermedad de Von Recklinghausen. Presentación de un caso
Abstract
La enfermedad de Von Recklinghausen es de carácter autosómico dominante, que afecta a uno de cada 3 000 – 4000 nacidos vivos, aunque en algunos lugares la frecuencia es mayor. Presentamos el caso de una paciente de 43 años de edad que requirió intervención quirúrgica (laparotomía exploradora) por apendicitis aguda de tres días de evolución. Al recibir anestesia general endotraqueal, presentó dificultad para la intubación endotraqueal y respuesta anómala a los relajantes musculares. Se revisan las manifestaciones de la enfermedad, así como las afecciones asociadas y su repercusión en la práctica anestésica.Downloads
