Leiomiosarcoma del duodeno. Aspectos de interés. A propósito de un caso

Abstract

Ante la pobre frecuencia de los leiomiosarcomas en el intestino delgado, y más aún en el duodeno se describe el caso de un leiomosarcoma primitivo de esta región que tenía como forma de presentación un cuadro diarreico crónico, con masa palapable en fosa ilíaca derecha y melena. Se señala la pauta para el diagnóstico y la conducta actual para llegar al mismo, así como las tendencias recientes de tratamiento.
