Las cefaleas vasculares primarias. Enfoque tradicional. Diagnóstico y tratamiento

Abstract

Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica acerca de las características clínicas de las cefaleas vasculares primarias según el enfoque tradicional, así como sus variantes de tratamiento según la diferenciación de síndromes. Se utilizó para ello exclusivamente acupuntura, moxibustión y sangría, según el caso correspondiente. De todos los tipos de cefalea estudiados la más frecuente fue la cefalea SHAOYANG por invasión del viento patógeno. Fueron la acupuntura y la sangría las técnicas que mejores resultados mostraron. El resultado final de esta investigación avala los diferentes tipos de cefaleas existentes siguiendo el enfoque tradicional asiático y la existencia de diferentes procederes y técnicas que resultan efectivas para el tratamiento de esta enfermedad
