Estudio antropométrico evolutivo de las mamas en jóvenes camagüeyanas comprendidas entre 11 y 16 años

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio en 130 jóvenes en las edades comprendidas entre 11 y 16 años que se le tomaron medidas antropométricas de las mamas utilizando los patrones propuestos por David J. Smith modificados por García R. A cada joven en un período de dos años se le realizaron tres mediciones de sus mamas y se comparó la evolución de éstas utilizando el paquete de programas estadístico MICROSTA. Se hizo evidente que en este grupo como media general las mamas pasaron de una forma cónica inicial a una esférica con una prolongación axilar bien marcada y desviación de los complejos areola pezón hacia fuera y abajo
