Trastornos vasculares y cáncer. Comunicación de un caso y revisión de la literatura

Abstract

Se señala el caso de una paciente con fenómeno de Raynaud que antecedió en años la aparición de una neoplasia gástrica. Se destacan diversos aspectos de la fisiopatología y hallazgos clínicos en los trastornos vasculares que pueden estar asociados a las neoplasias, así como sus diversas formas y mecanismos más importantes en su producción, como trastornos de la coagulación, sustancias tóxicas de origen tumoral, mecanismos autoinmunes entre otros. Consideramos que estos conocimientos son importantes por la posibilidad del diagnóstico precoz de neoplasias ocultas y también porque el diagnóstico temprano de estos procesos puede incrementar el tratamiento correcto y más rápido en beneficio de estos enfermos.
