Abstract

Paciente con sangramiento digestivo bajo, con antecedente familiar de poliposis del colon, ya operados; se realizó estudio radiológico, endoscópico e histológico y se comprobó una poliposis juvenil familiar del colon. Se le realizó intervención quirúrgica (Colectomía total), con buena evolución.
