Abstract

Se realizó una revisión bibliográfica y actualización de l tema de los tumores óseos. El objetivo de este trabajo es profundizar en las nuevas técnicas diagnósticas y quirúrgicas utilizadas en esta dolencia. Se realizó especial énfasis en la clasificación de los tumores óseos basada en su comportamiento biológico descrito por Ennenking, además de las ventajas y desventajas de la quimioterapia antes y después del tratamiento quirúrgico.
