Papiloma invertido de fosas nasales
Abstract
Se presentaron cuatro pacientes portadores de papiloma invertido localizado en fosas nasales, de los cuales uno degeneró hacia un carcinoma indiferenciado de fosas nasales, en tres hubo destrucción ósea y en tres recidivas de la lesión. Todos los pacientes fueron tratados quirúrgicamente utilizando la rinotomía lateral y conchectomía como única forma de evitar las recidivas.Downloads
