Metástasis de colon recidivante por melanoma maligno
Abstract
Se presentó el caso de una paciente de 50 años que en 1995 se le diagnosticó un melanoma nodular en estadio IV de Clark. Un año y medio después presentó metástasis a nivel de rectosigmoide, debutando con tumoración y anemia. Fue sometida a intervención quirúrgica donde se diagnosticó metástasis por melanoma. Diez meses después comienza con melena y tumoración de epigastrio, se realiza laparotomía exploradora y se encontró tumoración en colon transverso, de lo cual resultó metástasis del melanoma. En ambas ocasiones se realizó biopsia por congelación en los bordes anastomóticos sin infiltración local.Downloads
