Prevalencia de los criterios diagnósticos del lupus eritematoso sistémico en pacientes con nefropatía lúpica
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo para conocer el comportamiento de los criterios diagnósticos del lupus eritematoso sistémico en pacientes con nefropatía lúpica, ingresados en el hospital Manuel Ascunce Domenech de Camagüey, durante 1996 – 2000. El universo estuvo constituido por 30 pacientes cuyos datos se procesaron de forma computadorizada; los grados de nefritis más frecuentes fueron el IV (56.66 %), el II (36, 66 %) y el V (6, 66 %). El desorden renal estuvo presente en el 100 % del universo, seguido por el desorden inmunológico, la artritis no erosiva, el desorden hematológico y la fotosensibilidad. Predominaron la positividad de los anticuerpos antinucleares (90 %), la leucopenia (73, 33 %), las células LE (66, 67 %), la proteinuria (63, 33 %) y los anticuerpos antiDNAdc (60 %). La nefritis grado IV agrupó los mayores índices de positividad.Downloads
