Hipernefroma: causa o coincidencia de insuficiencia renal crónica

Abstract

Se presentó el caso de un paciente de 50 años portador de adenocarcinoma renal asociado a insuficiencia renal crónica. Se analizaron las características clínicas, medios diagnósticos y terapéuticos de este enfermo. Al mismo tiempo realizamos una revisión de las manifestaciones de esta entidad, fundamentalmente lo que respecta a la causa de la insuficiencia renal dada la rareza de esta presentación del cáncer renal.
