Aurículoterapia como tratamiento del asma bronquial en períodos intercrisis

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio explicativo longitudinal con el objetivo de conocer la eficacia de la aurículoterapia en el tratamiento del asma bronquial, durante la intercrisis en pacientes pertenecientes al consultorio médico de la familia No. 35 del Policlínico Comunitario Área Este de Camagüey. La muestra estuvo constituida por 30 pacientes a los cuales se les aplicó una encuesta. La historia clínica individual y la encuesta fueron el registro primario. Los principales resultados fueron la eficacia obtenida en un 90 %, existió un alargamiento del período intercrisis y una marcada reducción en el consumo de medicamentos. Es un tratamiento beneficioso para el paciente asmático, los pacientes manifestaron la utilidad de la técnica aplicada.
