Síndrome compartimental abdominal en enfermo con poliquistosis renal. Estudio de un caso.

Abstract

Se describe un caso de síndrome compartimental abdominal en un paciente con poliquistosis renal que se complicó con la aparición de abscesos renales intraquísticos y desarrolló un síndrome de shock reversible tras la nefrectomía derecha con descompresión abdominal. El diagnóstico del síndrome se realizó con la asociación de los elementos clínicos y la medición de forma indirecta de la presión intraabdominal. El paciente evolucionó favorablemente, fue egresado de la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos al cuarto día de postoperatorio.
