Tumor renal y embarazo. Informe de un caso

Abstract

Se presentó el caso de una puérpera de 21 d con antecedentes de hematuria durante el embarazo, ingresó con dolor en flanco derecho intenso acompañado de hematuria macroscópica, a la exploración física se encontró palidez cutáneomucosa y tumoración abdominal localizada en flanco derecho, dolorosa y fija a planos profundos. El ultrasonido mostró un riñón derecho con masa hiperecogénica de 53 x 75 mm hacia polo inferior. El estudio tomográfico visualizó un proceso expansivo de densidad homogénea en igual localización, se realizó nefrectomía derecha subcapsular y la histología confirmó un liposarcoma con infiltración profunda en riñón. La asociación de cáncer y embarazo no es frecuente, por lo que el diagnóstico oportuno y el tratamiento óptimo son difíciles.
