Comportamiento clínico e histopatológico de las glomerulopatías
Abstract
Se realizó un estudio transversal y descriptivo en el Hospital Manuel Ascunce Domenech de Camagüey, con el objetivo de analizar el comportamiento clínico e histopatológico de las glomerulopatías durante cinco años (1998-2003). El universo estuvo integrado por 129 pacientes con resultados de biopsia renal. Se estudiaron las variables edad, sexo, raza, proteinuria, hematuria, hipertensión arterial y se cuantificaron los niveles de creatinina en sangre. Las enfermedades del glomérulo prevalecieron en 40 enfermos pertenecientes al grupo etáreo de 30 a 40 años (31 %), no se demostró predominio estadístico respecto al sexo. La raza blanca prevaleció en 70 enfermos (54, 27 %), se detectó la proteinuria 3g/d 95 (73, 64 %) y la proteinuria 3g/d, 92(71, 31 %); la hematuria se presentó en 84 pacientes (61, 11 %). Se diagnosticó la glomerulonefritis proliferativa mesangial en 39 (3027 %).Downloads
