Necrólisis epidérmica tóxica. Presentación de un caso

Abstract

Se presentó un caso de necrólisis epidérmica tóxica, enfermedad poco frecuente y con alto índice de mortalidad en un paciente de 13 años con un peso corporal de 98 lbs y antecedentes personales de infección respiratoria aguda y administración de dipirona por vía oral y parenteral (vía intramuscular) 72 h antes del desenlace de la enfermedad. Se hace una revisión de la literatura médica sobre necrólisis epidérmica tóxica, se presenta el caso y se muestran fotos.
