Trastornos psicoafectivos y sociales en adolescentes con familiares alcohólicos

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal de casos y controles a 120 adolescentes pertenecientes a 10 consultorios del médico de la familia localizados en el Consejo Popular Centro Urbano del Policlínico Mario Muñoz Monroy, con el objetivo de determinar los principales trastornos psicoafectivos en adolescentes con familiares alcohólicos, desde enero a diciembre de 2003. La adolescencia intermedia y el sexo femenino fueron los más afectados. La ansiedad, la necesidad de afecto y apoyo se observaron en un 70 % y la dificultad en las relaciones interpersonales en un 68, 33 %. Además el conflicto en el hogar y el rechazo al mismo se elevaron a un 73, 3 %, mientras que la relación hogar-escuela fue no satisfactoria en el 66, 6 % de los casos. Se detectó un predominio de la familia disfuncional.
