Ingreso en el hogar: comportamiento en un grupo básico de trabajo

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio observacional descriptivo con el objetivo de conocer el comportamiento del ingreso en el hogar del Grupo Básico de Trabajo # 2, perteneciente al Policlínico Comunitario Docente Previsora, desde el 1ro de enero hasta el 30 de junio de 2004. El universo de estudio estuvo constituido por los 165 pacientes ingresados en esta etapa. Los datos se obtuvieron del departamento de estadísticas del policlínico (historias clínicas y libros de costo de los hospitales), estos fueron plasmados en una ficha de vaciamiento y procesados de forma automatizada. El 45, 5 % tenían edades entre 15 y 59 años, el 60 % correspondió al sexo femenino, el 32, 8 % de los ingresos fueron por infección respiratoria aguda, con evolución favorable el 87, 9 %. Se concluyó que la estadía fue menor de siete días y se realizó un ahorro económico considerable.
