Flores de raff en cirugía videolaparoscópica

Abstract

Se realizó un estudio longitudinal prospectivo en la sala de Cirugía Ambulatoria del Hospital Provincial Manuel Ascunce Domenech desde abril a mayo de 2003. A los pacientes se le aplicaron tres compuestos energéticos del sistema floral de Raff en el preoperatorio inmediato a cirugía ambulatoria videolaparoscópica, previo consentimiento informado, con la finalidad de encontrar un mejor comportamiento de los parámetros subjetivos (referidos), objetivos (constatados), fisiológicos (medibles), y evolutivamente su comportamiento en relación con el uso de relajantes musculares en el transoperatorio. Además, se observó la frecuencia de aparición de posibles efectos indeseables en el postoperatorio inmediato, muy frecuentes en este tipo de cirugía. Se obtuvieron buenos resultados en las tres etapas: preanestesia, transopertatorio y postoperatorio, con la disminución de síntomas de alarma, control de la hipertensión arterial, disminución del uso de relajantes musculares en el transopertatorio y de efectos indeseables en el postopertatorio inmediato.
