Implante dental en Camagüey. Reporte de un caso

Abstract

Se presenta a una paciente que acudió a consulta de implantología en la Clínica Estomatológica Provincial Docente Dr. Ismael Clark y Mascaró de Camagüey, por presentar ausencia del primer premolar superior izquierdo (2.4). Se valoró integralmente a la paciente por el equipo de trabajo, el cual planteó que cumplía los requisitos establecidos para este tipo de tratamiento, pues tenía buen estado de salud, hueso adecuado e higiene bucal excelente. Durante la valoración clínica y el tratamiento quirúrgico se realizaron modelos de estudio, radiografías y fotografías. Los resultados de la intervención para colocar el implante fueron exitosos.
