Consideraciones novedosas sobre la enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica

Abstract

Se hace un resumen de las recomendaciones de la Sociedad americana del Tórax y la europea acerca de la evaluación y el tratamiento de pacientes con enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica, teniendo en cuenta las guías previamente descritas según ATS/ESR y GOLD desde 1995 hasta 2005, lo que brinda una forma estándar de tratar a nuestros pacientes. Se ofrece una guía integrada y sistemática que para un cuidado coordinado en los diferentes grados de atención, los nuevos conceptos ofrecen una visión apropiada y segura, tanto para Médicos Generales Integrales, enfermeras, neumólogos y especialistas en atención crítica.
