Comportamiento de aeroalergenos y factores ambientales

Abstract

RESUMEN

Fundamento: el asma bronquial constituye uno de los principales problemas de salud en el municipio de Nuevitas.
Objetivo: determinar el comportamiento de aeroalergenos y factores medio ambientales en este municipio, durante el período comprendido entre el primero de octubre de 2002 hasta el treinta de septiembre de 2007.
Método: se realizó un estudio descriptivo transversal y de ensayo comunitario medio ambiental. El registro primario estuvo constituido por la encuesta que contenía una serie de variables según la bibliografía revisada.
Resultados: se encontró presencia de aeroalergenos, tales como hongos anemófilos, de los que predominó el l Aspergyllus con el 100%, sobre todo en el Consejo Casco – Zona Industrial que presentó la mayor cantidad de microvertederos.
Conclusiones: se observó una gran carga ambiental de alergenos e irritantes que favorecen la aparición de las enfermedades alérgicas.
