Abstract

RESUMEN

Introducción: los síndromes poliglandulares son la asociación de dos o más enfermedades del sistema endocrino asociadas a otras dolencias de causa autoinmune. Generalmente se trata de hipofunciones glandulares, excepto en el caso del tiroides, en el que puede aparecer tanto como hipo o hiperfunción.
Objetivo: describir la técnica anestésica de urgencia del síndrome poliglandular autoinmune tipo II.
Caso clínico: se reporta un caso, sobre el procedimiento anestésico del síndrome poliglandular autoinmune tipo II o Schmidt, en una paciente que se anunció para tratamiento quirúrgico de urgencia con el diagnóstico de colecistitis aguda, en el Hospital Universitario Manuel Ascunce Domenech.
